ABOUT
Per a one-line introduction, I help individuals and organisations develop by combining my expertise in behaviour, business and social benefit.
(Here, I will switch to “we”, to include the people who have been part of my professional life, and to ensure you realise that everything I have done, I haven’t done alone.)
Within this network, We have founded an Edtech company called GRADE (takegrade.com), a psychotherapy centre called The Thought Clininc, a digital marketing firm called CreativeKulhad, and a fellowship initiative with UNESCO, called The F.A.I.R. Project.
In the commercial sector, we have consulted individuals and organisations working in eCommerce, technology, lifestyle, wellness, nutrition, education and legal sector.
In teaching and training, we have designed and delivered over 10000+ training hours on Behvioural Studies, Socio-Emotional Learning, Creativity and Innovation, Learning and Engagement, Design Thinking and Social Entrepreneurship.
In the social sector, we have worked with National Defence University (USA), Near East South Asia Centre for Strategic Studies (Morocco), Secondary Cities Initiative (USA), US Department of State (USA), Kathmandu Living Labs (Nepal), State of the Map Asia (Bangladesh), Rotary International (Sierra Leone), and with heads of state and development sector officials from Ecuador, Slovenia, Cuba, New Zealand, Indonesia, Australia and India.
In the psychology space, we work with individuals and organisations as mental health counsellors, wherein, I hold Certification in Level IV Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practice, Practitioner Certificate in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Certificate in Neurolinguistic Programming Practice, Narrative Therapy, Metaphor Therapy and a LGTBQIA+ Affirmative Counselling.
